During the summer of 2022 we spent 3 weeks in Norway. On Wednesday June 29th 2022 we made a ferry crossing from Hirtshals in Denmark to Kristiansand in Norway. From there we headed north through Norway.

It was originally planned to spend the summer of 2022 with our motorhome in the FarOer Islands and Iceland. We had even booked the ferry crossing from Denmark to the FarOer and then to Iceland. In the months of May and June of 2022, due to personal circumstances, we were forced to stay in and around the Netherlands. This caused us to adjust our schedule and cancel the trip to FarOer and Iceland. That was of course a disappointment, but when this situation presented itself, we immediately started thinking about alternatives. We both wanted to go to Norway for a long time and that is of course a wonderful alternative for the FarOer islands and Iceland. As soon as we had the “green light” we left for Norway.
